Feeding The Five Thousand, one family at a time.
Feeding The Five Thousand is a food pantry, but with a difference. Instead of just having a room full of food for folks to come and pick up, we have assembled bags that will feed a family of four for a week and deliver them. We deliver food on the third weekend of every month to specific families that we locate through contacts in the school system. We need to build an organization that can collect, sort, bag and deliver the food and keep accurate records so that ultimately we can qualify for assistance from the Atlanta Food Bank.
