Family Promise is an organization that equips and empowers those who are homeless in getting work and acquiring permanent housing. Creekside along with 12 other churches in Forsyth County are partnering to house and feed up to 4 families for 1 week at a time.

How can you help?
We are proud to support Family Promise of Forsyth County in hosting families in need. These families are in preparation to transition to permanent housing and you can help us make Creekside a warm and welcoming place for them.

Family Promise Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast
Calling all Creekside Family Promise Volunteers! Please allow Family Promise of Forsyth County to thank you for your service through Creekside by attending a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast on Saturday, October 28 at 9:00am. The breakfast will be at Cumming First United Methodist Church and will kick off the annual Family Promise Family Festival & Bed Race. Family Promise Family Festival & Bed Race

Cumming First United Methodist Church
The Family Festival & Bed Race is an annual family friendly event with all proceeds benefiting Family Promise of Forsyth County. Come out and support our Creekside Students as they compete in the Bed Race! There will be lots of fun, free children’s activities, free family photos and vendors.

You can be a part of helping families who are experiencing homelessness regain or gain sustainable independence by donating to our students as they fund raise for the bed race, signing up as a vendor, or becoming a sponsor for the festival.
